Tony Sisti is a seasoned professional with 40 years of IT experience within the property and casualty insurance industry. He is an experienced leader of both small and large teams consistently delivering stellar results and has built strong relationships with senior business leaders within several organizations.

Tony served as a member of the Insurance Solutions Group at one of the top 5 international IT consulting firms. He was primarily focused on the Property & Casualty national practice serving insurance clients across the country. This was a business development role to extend the set of products and services offered to current clients as well as introduce new services and solutions to prospective clients. He led the development of approximately new 20 Strategic Partnerships to create a comprehensive solution for cutting-edge products and services for insurance clients. These partners offer IP that covers the front office, middle office, and back office insurance functions. He also works with an array of strategic partner companies to market and provides cyber security assessments and compliance analysis for the EU GDPR and the NEW York State DFS regulations.

Tony served as the Account Relationship Manager for the entire Business Insurance line of insurance for a Dow 30 Property and Casualty insurance company. In this capacity, he worked directly with the CIO and senior executive direct reports, project managers, architects, and data and information engineers regarding all IT infrastructure needs and the successful implementation of mission-critical BI business applications. Major engagement with the IT Infrastructure teams to educate them to consistently focus on Business Insurance priorities and communicate strategic business plans. Anthony has been the IT lead for both the Small Business insurance sector as well as the Residual Workers Compensation insurance marketplace. He has managed international IT teams and projects with budgets of several million dollars. These IT teams worked in multiple US locations and comprised both onshore and offshore technical and testing resources.

Tony was the IT lead of the development team to deliver several state of the art solutions for both Business and Personal Insurance in the area of real-time insurance policy transaction processing. This included ongoing discussions with senior executives of several external business partners, negotiating project priorities and timelines, and developing communications to the agency customer base regarding service capabilities. These cutting-edge technical solutions were demonstrated at several national insurance conferences that included representation from all major insurance carriers and large insurance brokers and agents. He has participated as an insurance industry expert speaker and his teams have received significant recognition and awards from IVANS, ACORD, AMS Users Group, and the Applied Systems Users Group for leading the insurance industry in the implementation of these industry-first SEMCI real-time transactions.

As an independent business development consultant, Tony has provided strategic business planning and IT digital transformation consulting services for a Fortune 500 Property & Casualty insurance company and an array of market research consulting initiatives for a Fortune 500 Life & Annuity company. He regularly assists emerging growth companies with strategic business plans to identify, socialize and secure sources for additional funding rounds to support strategic product development and robust marketing initiatives.
