Mario Zapata is a strategic, analytical thinker that currently and has served in a P&C commercial insurance technical and advisory role in support of strategic, growth, and profit decision making efforts for executive/senior management leaders and business development, marketing, underwriting and operation functions.

Currently, at OneBeacon Insurance, Mario is part of the Online/On-Demand leadership team responsible for research, strategy, analytics, business development, and training as an Enterprise Market Analyst – Online Products. Our team is tasked with leading OneBeacon’s digital strategy and product development efforts by leveraging design thinking and an agile project management methodology to roll out insurance products to online platforms and ecosystems.

Mario earned a BS in Marketing at Central Connecticut State University and MBA in Marketing & Operation Management along with Advanced Business Certificates in Business Analytics and Marketing Intelligence from the University of Connecticut.
